PHRASEOLOGICAL PROVERBIAL UNITS USED WITH BODY PARTS FROM ENGLISH INTO UZBEK LANGUAGE

Abstract

Abstract. Phraseological units can be classified according to their various
features from the point of view modern linguistics. Phraseological units are divided into
categories according to their etymological, structural-semantic, motivational level
meaning, accordingly, which word group they are represented by in linguistic works.
This article reviews translation issues of phraseological proverbial units used with body
parts from English into Uzbek language, their semantic peculiarities in different
systematic languages. For analysis, some examples of phraseological proverbial units
are taken and discussed in both languages.
