Abstract
Annotation: In this article, the multicultural internal and international relations
of immigrants and resident groups, the nature, stages and causes of culture shock, the
recognition of the characteristics of culture shock and the implementation of strategies
to overcome it, the effectiveness of intercultural education are fully discussed.
