THE ROLE OF FINANCIAL RESOURCES IN RAIL TRANSPORT DEVELOPMENT IN UZBEKISTAN

Abstract

Abstract: The present study aims to investigate the influence of financial
resources on the development of rail transport in Uzbekistan. The importance of
adequate funding for transportation infrastructure development cannot be overstated,
particularly in emerging economies like Uzbekistan. The research highlights the
pivotal role of financial resources in promoting the efficacious development of rail
transport in this Central Asian country. By analyzing the financial factors that impact
the growth of rail transportation, the study provides an insight into the challenges and
opportunities faced by Uzbekistan in advancing its rail infrastructure. The outcomes of
this study can help policy-makers and transportation stakeholders to design effective
strategies and allocate resources to optimize the development of rail transport systems
in Uzbekistan.
