Abstract

Abstract. The article shows the calculation of the standard capacity of control
rooms of air traffic service bodies is based on taking into account the average level of
workload of air traffic control dispatchers performing dispatching services in the areas
of responsibility established for them. The calculation of the standard capacity of the
control rooms of the air traffic service bodies is carried out for the working conditions
of the air traffic control dispatcher, which are considered as typical or averaged for this
control room, based on factors taken into account. At the same time, the conditions of
air traffic service that are most often found in relation to a specific control room of a
specific air traffic service body are taken as typical working conditions.
