every political system and society. First of all , the only criterion for this is education
and upbringing system is the fruit of historical experience. It is natural that building
the foundations of the Third Renaissance, which our country is striving for today,
requires very deep practical efforts. As any society aspires to educate a person with a
mature, highly spiritual, deep intellectual potential, the national values, historical
experience, and the thinking formed on the basis of it, which have been formed and
recognized for thousands of years, should serve as a foundation. . At this point, it is
necessary to pay attention to the importance of the environment formed on the basis of
mutual cultural exchanges of Eastern peoples in today's education and family
upbringing.
