DETERMINING ECOLOGICAL DISASTER AREAS USING EARTH REMOTE SENSING DATA
Main Article Content
Abstract
Abstract. Earth is facing a growing environmental crisis, with ecological disasters occurring more frequently and impacting ecosystems worldwide. To effectively address and mitigate these disasters, it is crucial to have accurate and timely information about their extent and severity. In this article we explore to defining remote sensing and its applications, the history and evolution of remote sensing technology, the Earth remote sensing spectrum, satellite, airborne, and ground-based remote sensing platforms and others.
