Abstract
Abstract: This article presents the possibilities of using wind energy in the consumption of electricity and the current situation in the use of this energy. The correct selection of the type of wind energy devices in the effective use of wind energy, the advantages and disadvantages of horizontal axis and vertical axis wind energy devices are presented.
