THE RESISTIVITY BEHAVIOR OF GA 1-X MN X AS NEAR THE CURIE TEMPERATURE

Abstract

Annotation. In modern electronic industry diluted magnetic semiconductors
play essential roles. As a consequence of this, determining their Curie temperature
and studying the critical behaviours near Curie temperature have become quite
actual. The ferromagnetic semiconductor Ga 1-x Mn x As has been studied intensely
over the last decades and has become a model system for diluted ferromagnetic
semiconductors.
