Abstract

Abstract: The aim of the article is to attempt to explain certain moments in the
mechanism of the emergence and evolution of “black holes”. In particular, the
question of the formation of supermassive "black holes" is considered and an
assumption is made as to why they are necessarily located in the center of galaxies.
