Abstract
The article discusses the problem of father's influence on the formation of
psychological autonomy. The results of an empirical study of the image of the father
in co-dependent persons are presented. It is shown that negative emotional components
dominate in the image of the father of codependents, the image is heterogeneous and
disharmonic.
