Abstract

Abstract. An automated information system that monitors the working time of
computers in laboratory rooms in educational universities can greatly benefit the
academic community by ensuring efficient use of resources and improving the overall
productivity of students and faculty members. This project requires a solid technical
base, including hardware and software components, and must undergo various
development stages before implementation. The expected results from this project
include increased accountability, reduced energy consumption, and improved academic
performance. However, there are also potential disadvantages, such as privacy
concerns and technical issues that may arise during the implementation process.
Nonetheless, the benefits of this system far outweigh the drawbacks, making it a
valuable investment for educational institutions.
