Abstract

Abstract: The present study aims to assess the efficacy of the transport and
logistics system. Through the evaluation of such a system, an exploration of relevant
factors influencing its performance is conducted. A rigorous analysis is employed to
measure the system’s productivity and effectiveness, and the associated strengths,
weaknesses, opportunities, and threats are identified. The study is expected to provide
valuable insights into strategies for optimizing the transport and logistics system, thus
aiding in the minimization of inefficiencies and improvement of overall performance.
